New member signups are a quantifiable part of running your business – they are the initial purchase of what is hopefully a long-term business relationship with your member. Tracking these initial purchases is important! By tracking things both weekly and monthly, you’re accomplishing a few different things:
- Consistency – you’ll stay focused on what approaches have and haven’t worked.
- Motivation – you’ll have a constant reminder of what it takes to grow your business.
- Accountability – you’ll know how successful your marketing campaigns are and where you need to improve.
- Planning – you’ll be able to tell when you need to do more marketing to meet your goals, and plan for gym growth!
